Meet the leadership and sector teams driving the WIG portfolio.
WIG is led by four co-presidents who oversee strategy, recruitment, member development, and the overall direction of the organization.

Akiva is a senior from Massachusetts majoring in Economics and minoring in Data Analysis and Jewish & Israel Studies. He spent last summer as a Business Analyst intern at Capital One and will be joining BCG as an Associate Consultant in Boston following graduation. He is also a member of Wesleyan's varsity wrestling team and enjoys staying active and spending time with friends.

Grace is a senior at Wesleyan studying Government and Psychology with a minor in Data Analysis. She spent her junior summer at Citi in their rotational Markets Program and will be returning following her graduation in May. She has spent a majority of her collegiate career as a dual sport athlete on the Varsity Swimming and Rowing teams.

Finn is a senior studying Economics with minors in Data Analysis and Global Studies. He has experience in private equity at Portage Equity Partners and investment sales at PGIM. He plays defense for Wesleyan's varsity lacrosse team and enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking.

Evan is a junior from New York who studies Economics and Psychology. He will intern in investment banking at PJT Partners this coming summer after spending his last two summers with Northwell Health. He plays safety for Wesleyan's varsity football team and loves the outdoors.

Anthony is a sophomore from Massachusetts studying in Math and Economics while minoring in Data Analysis. On campus, he's a researcher for the Financial Intermediation Lab and Wesleyan Institute for Policy, a tutor at the Quantitative Analysis Center, a board member for Foss Hill Financial Group, and an international student buddy. Anthony will spend this summer as a trader at T. Rowe Price and will be interning next summer as an investment banker at UBS in NYC. When away from campus, Anthony enjoys biking, skiing, surfing, or spending time with friends and family.

Sophia is a freshman from Boston majoring in Economics and the College of Social Studies. She serves as a Portfolio Manager covering the Consumer Discretionary sector. This summer, she will intern at Lanus Capital Group, where she will support market research, company analysis, and investment evaluation for high-growth B2B SaaS companies in Mexico through Tom Matlack's Business, Finance, and Life program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing the cello, learning languages, and weightlifting.

Charlie is a freshman from New York City studying Economics and Mathematics. He also works as a course assistant in the Wesleyan University Mathematics Department. In his free time, he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.

Coulson is a freshman from Houston studying in CSS (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) and Mathematics. Next summer, he plans on interning at hedge fund Contour Asset Management in New York City. In his free time, Coulson enjoys skiing, backpacking, and spending time with family and friends.

Lev is a sophomore from Denver, Colorado majoring in Economics with minors in Data Analysis and Physics while pursuing the pre-med track. Last summer, Lev worked as a junior golf instructor with First Tee. Next summer, he will conduct research on the healthcare economics of novel technologies in type 1 diabetes management at Children's Hospital Colorado. Lev is a member of the Wesleyan Men's Golf Team and enjoys working out and playing Monopoly with friends.

Sam Penn is a sophomore at Wesleyan, majoring in Economics with a minor in Data Analysis. He is passionate about finance and keeping up with current events and politics. He has previous experience in data analytics and predictive modeling at Twin Health and is a member of the Wesleyan Men's Crew Team. In his free time, he enjoys playing poker, lifting, and watching movies with friends.

Jonathan is a sophomore from Massachusetts who is majoring in Economics with a minor in Data Analysis. He will be interning at Newburyport Bank this summer as a Credit Analyst. Previously, Jonathan worked as a Field Engineer at SPS New England and founded OakStone Landscaping. He plays forward on Wesleyan Men's Ice Hockey team, enjoys cooking, personal fitness, and spending time with family and friends.

Mason is a freshman from Long Island, NY who is studying Economics, Mathematics and Computer Science. Mason is a member of the Wesleyan Men's Lacrosse Team. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, spending time in the outdoors and watching sports.
